Donald asks…How can I fall asleep in more or less 30 minutes?I work out everyday and I try to drift off to sleep but it doesn't work. It takes me around two hours to fall asleep so 30 minutes is nothing for me, and I really need the sleep because I wake up fairly early.Mark answers:Establish a going-to-bed routine so your body knows that bedtime is coming. Shower(a warm bath will help you relax), put on your pj's, brush your teeth, turn down the bed, the same thing every night.
